As a special birthday breakfast, Mat went all out and made
blueberry pancakes as a treat. They were light and fluffy, plus served with the strawberries and golden syrup a little bit naughty, a little bit nice.
And calories don't count on your birthday... right?
He cooked all the batter and we had the left-overs the next day heated up in the microwave and they still tasted pretty good! So good, I will be making them for Emily on her visit :-)
