Baking Made Easy - Valentine's Day Hightlights
Just in case you were too busy sitting on the sofa snogging and missed this weeks episode then it's well worth catching up on iPlayer. The mini tiramisu cakes, macaroons and savoury muffins all looked ace and something I think I'll give a try (although the idea of making macaroons still fills me with dread and I probably will never muster the confidence to do it).

I am quite enjoying this show, the presenter is a bit annoying but I find celeb chefs need to grow on you, plus her dishes are amazing!
ReplyDeleteYou know how much I love macaroons and I haven't attempted any since my first go a couple of years ago (when they tasted right but went mushy) but have tried 'kisses' instead and they are a lot more do-able, more like little biscuit sandwiches. Maybe when I visit next we should tackle the macaroons together - I have a new recipe book that specialises in them x
