Here comes the sun...

My first ice cream of the 2011 eaten in glorious sunshine next to Blithfield Reservoir,  Abbots Bromley, Staffs. Can't beat the classic 99'er with red sauce aka monkey blood :-)

With the sound of the water lapping at the shore it was like being on holiday.

This was the followed the next day by a Morello Cherry flavoured ice cream in a sugar cone from The Tudor in Lichfield. They have a selection of flavours which means a return visit is imminent, next on my hit list in Blackcurrent Cream, Chocolate Orange & Ginger and Rum & Raisin

God I love the sunshine as without it you have to wait for toothache to justify ice cream!
